During the festive period this year we’ll be closing temporarily, beginning at 12 noon on 22 December 2023*. We will reopen on 2 January 2024 as normal.
Our phone and email services will not be available during this time, and our social media channels will not be actively monitored. We will respond to queries as soon as possible on or after our return on 2 January 2024.

Online services
Our online services will continue to be available during this time. These services include:
- Apply for HCPC registration
- Your online account to renew your registration, update your details, or submit your CPD
- Check the Register
- Raise a concern
- Register of approved programmes
Information about logging in to your online account, activating your account and paying your fees is available in our renewals section. Accessing this may save you time waiting for a response while our offices are closed.
International applicants
If you experience an issue paying your scrutiny or registration fee online, please use our phone service to contact the Registration team when our offices reopen in January. We will support you making the payment over the phone.
