A total of 37 orthoptists were asked to present their CPD profile for the previous 2017-2019 renewal cycle.
Paramedic CPD audit (2019)
A total of 695 paramedics were asked to present their CPD profile for the previous 2017-2019 renewal cycle.
Proof of identity and address
We require certified copies to prove your identity including a change of name document, if applicable
Providing translations
For any documents which are not in English, you will also need to provide a certified copy of an official translation
