This research aims to examine available evidence regarding the use and impact of service user feedback tools in healthcare, and explore the views of people within relevant professional bodies.

Preceptorship for registrants working outside the NHS, including as sole practitioners

We recognise that many HCPC registrants are employed or work outside the NHS structures, where preceptorship is less well known and may be more difficult to access.

Future areas of focus

In the 2024-25 academic year and beyond we are focusing on three key areas as we continue to play our part in responding to the challenges identified.
