The past year has been another busy and productive one. In July we saw the fruition of a number of years of preparation when over 15,000 practitioner psychologists joined the Register. The year ended with confirmation that the Hearing Aid Council would be abolished in 2010 and their register of private sector hearing aid dispensers transferred to the HPC, a move warmly welcomed by both the industry and consumer groups alike.
